Based in Ashford, Kent Chris Field has been a successful Elvis Impersonator since 2005 performing as Elvis throughout the UK including London and the South East, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Hampshire.
Chris originally started out as an Elvis singer in nursing care homes to learn his trade. In 2007 Chris took things a step further and entered the Elvis European Championships in Blackpool and made an instant impact on Elvis fans from across the UK as well as Europe.
Chris was made a member of The Association Of Professional Elvis Presley Tribute Artists (APEPTA) entry to which is only granted to those acts that meet and maintain the high standards of performance required by the association.
Since then Chris has continued to fulfill his potential going from strength to strength and becoming one of the UK’s leading Elvis Tribute Artists. As well as performing his one man shows at countless weddings, parties and various events, Chris has also performed his own theatre shows both solo and alongside some of Europe’s finest tribute acts, receiving rave reviews and recommendations.
Chris is one of the small number of Elvis Acts who are truly comfortable and able to to perform and adjust their look to perform every era of Elvis Presley’s distinguished career. Since Chris began his journey as an Elvis tribute he has acquired many quality costumes covering all eras of Elvis’ career, and built a wardrobe second to none. All of Chris’ jumpsuits are of the very finest quality and actually produced in the USA by Elvis Presley’s original costume makers, they are truly works of art and Chris has many in various styles and colours. Chris also has a vast array of outfits covering Elvis in the 50s, 60s, GI, 68 Comeback Special as well as many of the casualwear Elvis liked to wear, including the famous Elvis puffy shirts, and 2 piece suits. All of Chris’ props, jewellery, guitars etc are exact replicas.
